Whatever state it is that you are living in go check their website. There may even be a more local website for your immediate facility where you can search for programs that your area may have available that you may be eligible to apply for.
You see states will start grant or loan programs in their own area(s) when they want to improve the economy of the area so if a new program comes up then it will posted on the website of the area / vicinity - so check your state website and see what is there.
